Gad Mpoyo
Associate for the Southeast Region
Gad serves the new worshiping communities and mid councils of the Southeast region and makes his home in Atlanta, where he is the pastor of Shalom International Ministries. Gad is a graduate of Candler Theological Seminary and Africa University in Zimbabwe. He is a native of the Democratic Republic of Congo and speaks six languages. His new worshiping community began in 2011 and is the spiritual home for refugees and immigrants from Burma, Bhutan, Nepal, Sudan, Angola, Kenya, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (DRC), Cameroon, Zambia, Jamaica, Togo, Uganda, Nigeria, Liberia and Tanzania. He was featured in our first season of podcasts and you can listen to him reflect on the values of the Shalom community.
