Presbyterians have had partnerships with Christians in Syria and Lebanon since the early 1800s. Two of our partners will speak about how the church is responding to the current crisis in Syria, a crisis that impacts Lebanon.

The Rev. Dr. Nuhad Tomeh is the Associate General Secretary of the Middle East Council of Churches and the PC(USA) Regional Liaison for Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and the Gulf. The Rev. Fadi Dagher is the General Secretary of the National Evangelical Synod of Syria and Lebanon.

Note that this event will take place in the Hospitality Suite (ground floor) of the Episcopal Church Center – 815 Second Avenue.
