A vision for repairing and rebuilding

Dr. Corey Schlossser-Hall has been on the job for 10 days as the Presbyterian Mission Agency’s Director of Rebuilding and Vision Implementation. As he proved to the PMA Board Wednesday, he already has a clear vision of what he hopes to accomplish — together with the help of lots of new colleagues and plenty of former colleagues in mid councils and congregations across the country — over the next nine months or so.

Innovative executive presbyter selected to lead the transformation of the Presbyterian Mission Agency

Dr. Corey Schlosser-Hall, the executive presbyter of Northwest Coast Presbytery for the past 15 years, has been named the Presbyterian Mission Agency’s Director of Rebuilding and Vision Implementation. He’ll be tasked with transforming the mission agency as it seeks to become a Matthew 25 Church following the strategic visioning process that culminated this fall and received approval by the PMA Board in October.

New members join Presbyterian Foundation Board of Trustees

At the 224th General Assembly in June, four new members were elected to the Presbyterian Foundation’s Board of Trustees. At the June Board of Trustees meeting, the trustees elected the Rev. Dr. Neal Presa as Chair and Bridget-Anne Hampden as Co-Chair. Also, the Rev. Warren Lesane, Jr., Chair of the Presbyterian Mission Agency Board of Directors, joined the Foundation board as an ex-officio member.
