30-minute homemade mozzarella?

ImagesWell, it might take 45 minutes the first time. But Fritz used the recipe from Barbara Kingsolver’s Animal, Vegetable Miracle book and it came out fine. I keep saying I’m going to make it over this Christmas break, but reading, study groups and insistent pleas from sons to play ping pong or two-hand-touch football in the street seem to fill in almost all the chrono-cracks.

“I made homemade cheese today.”

One day soon, I’ll have said that…
