My name is Amelie Clemot and I will be interning at the Presbyterian Ministry at the UN this summer of 2015. I am a rising sophomore at Wesleyan University and am studying Psychology and International Relations.
My goal this summer is to learn more about the UN and its relationship with NGOs such as the Presbyterian Ministry. In addition, I am very concerned with human rights and am involved with the ACLU on my campus. I hope to contribute to projects on women and children’s rights and to learn more about the different causes and global issues with which the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is engaged.
I am looking forward to an engaging and informative summer and hope to be of some help to the team here at the Ministry. I am a member of Brick Presbyterian Church in New York City.
