My name is Christina Gore. I am from Franklin, Tennessee, and I am a rising sophomore at the University of Tennessee (UT). I am majoring in Environmental Studies with a minor in Economics. I am a member of Second Presbyterian Church in Nashville and I am also involved in the Presbyterian Campus Ministry at UT.
For the next six weeks, I have the pleasure of serving as an intern at the Presbyterian Mission at the United Nations. I am very excited to have this opportunity to work with the Presbyterian Church on the international stage. I have always been interested in politics, specifically international relations. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to learn more about international relations and the church’s relationship to the international community. I cannot wait to see what this summer brings with my time at the Presbyterian Mission at the UN.
