My name is Grace Segers, and I am interning for the Presbyterian Ministry at the United Nations this summer. I am a rising sophomore at Tufts University, where I am studying Political Science and Communications. I am excited to be volunteering for the Presbyterian Ministry at the UN because I am incredibly passionate about international justice and equality for women. I’m hoping to be active in advocacy for women during my time here.
The Presbyterian Ministry at the UN interests me because it combines religious duty with international action. I’m looking forward to examining my faith more deeply while also learning more about global affairs.
I am a member of the Presbyterian Church of Sweet Hollow and the Fellowship Coordinator for the Protestant Student Association at Tufts University.
