More than 3000 people have come together at the United Nations in New York for the UN General Assembly High Level Meeting on AIDS. The meeting, which runs from 8-10 June, provides an opportunity to take stock of the progress and challenges of the last 30 years and shape the future AIDS response.
Photographers Bo Li and Hygeia Rubio from the UN Department of Public Information have created a gallery of images from Day 1 of the event.
