Presbyterians at Ecumenical Advocacy Days

Paul Monteiro, Associate Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, will be the speaker at the dinner.  His office is responsible for building relationships with advocacy groups, non-governmental organizations, and elected state officials.  It is also the primary channel through which the public relates to the White House.

Mr. Monteiro is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the Howard University School of Law.  Before joining the Obama Administration, he taught in a District of Columbia charter school, and then served as Deputy Director for Religious Affairs in the Obama campaign.

The cost of the dinner will be $30. and it will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 20 at the Doubletree Hotel in Crystal City
