One of the speakers at the Presbyterian dinner at Ecumenical Advocacy Days was the Rev. Bruce Winfrey-Gillette, co-pastor of Limestone Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, Delaware.

On July 20, 2008, Limestone Presbyterian Church dedicated a new roof for its sanctuary – a solar roof with 180 panels.

The founders of Limestone Presbyterian Church built a church that provided a place to worship God, was easy to maintain, and could be available for use by community groups. When the time came to replace the roof on the sanctuary, the members made the decision to extend that vision by going solar.

The panels produce 2/3 of Limestone's annual electrical use and proclaim "earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it (Psalm 24:1)."
