This years UNCSW theme is "The equal sharing of responsibilities between women and men, including caregiving in the context of HIV/AIDS."

In an article posted by the Presbyterian News Service, Louise Davidson, Vice-moderator for justice and peace of the PC(USA)’s Churchwide Coordinating Team of Presbyterian Women, states that, for the Presbyterian participants, “Our goal is to become informed advocates for women the world over.”
