Doug Baker, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) mission co-worker in Northern Ireland, offers a reflection on the two recent (March 7 and March 9) attacks that left two soldiers and one police officer dead. These are the first fatal attacks on either army of police officers in Northern Ireland for over a decade.
