Three alumni and now staff members of the Racial Equity & Women’s Intercultural Ministries (RE&WIM) helped individuals understand the critical role of the Conference for Seminarians of Color and the Leadership Development & Recruitment for Leaders of Color in the development of leaders of color for the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

Current and former GA Moderators join #GivingTuesday telethon

When the decision was made earlier this year to hold a virtual assembly, not only did Ruling Elder Elona Street-Stewart and the Rev. Gregory Bentley, Co-Moderators of the 224th General Assembly (2020), have to forego a trip to Baltimore, but they also missed out on the time-honored tradition of gathering with their predecessors who have also held the denomination’s highest elected office. Thanks to #GivingTuesday, their wait is over.

New members join Presbyterian Foundation Board of Trustees

At the 224th General Assembly in June, four new members were elected to the Presbyterian Foundation’s Board of Trustees. At the June Board of Trustees meeting, the trustees elected the Rev. Dr. Neal Presa as Chair and Bridget-Anne Hampden as Co-Chair. Also, the Rev. Warren Lesane, Jr., Chair of the Presbyterian Mission Agency Board of Directors, joined the Foundation board as an ex-officio member.
