NAMI Helpline (not a crisis line) is a free peer support service offering information, resources and support for people living with mental health conditions, their loved ones, providers, and the public, (M – F, 10 – 6 ET).  Downloadable Guide covers a vast range of mental health topics and has a curated list of resources for people who are experiencing food, shelter, economic insecurity, or are incarcerated, and their loved ones.

800-662-HELP (4357) Free, confidential, 24/7 treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. SAMHSA is part of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
