Invite children, youth, and adults to celebrate the learning and growing that takes place in your faith community. Honor volunteers who teach and mentor by celebrating with a commissioning service during worship. Identify a smart board or prominent location to communicate the energy, relationships, and opportunities through education in formal and informal settings. Provide times and places for highlighting the gifts, skills, and creations of learners and leaders throughout the year.
