Conference site, date and time: 
The Conference will be at First Presbyterian Church, 292 W Main St., Newark, Delaware 19711; phone (302) 731-5644.  Registration Wednesday, October 3 is 10 am – 11:30 am followed by lunch and opening session.  Shuttles will be provided from the hotel, Ramada Inn, to and from the conference site three periods a day.  These free shuttles are provided compliments of Community Presbyterian Church, Bayshore Ford and New Castle Presbytery.
Conference Registration
Cost is $80 for full attendance (2 and 1/2 days).  For Wed or Thursday, $35/day or $70 for both days.  For Thursday & Friday – $55.  For Friday only – $20.  Conference handouts will be provided free on the internet, with WiFi access at the meeting.  For those wanting a hard copy, pay $5 before the meeting thru your registration process. Registration deadline: September 12.
Accommodations:  For room accommodations, call Ramada Inn, 260 Chapman, Rd., Newark, Delaware at (302) 738-3400. 
Ask for the group discounted rate ($59 plus tax/night/room) for “Congo Mission Network.”  Continental breakfast provided.  Cancellation policy: may cancel up to 14 days before arrival.  Check-in after 3 pm. Contact Bill Rule if you need a roommate for splitting costs.
