Hello! My name is Sarah Potter and I am from Pensacola, Florida. I am 23 years old and am a recent graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) I graduated with a bachelors, majoring in food science. I am looking forward to my upcoming year helping people experiencing homelessness in Asheville, North Carolina. God has called me to this program for years and I am happy that this is the right time. I hope to become closer to God in the next year and to focus on my faith. I have a passion for helping people and one day I hope to make a dent in the world’s hunger crisis, using the knowledge from my degree and my experience from my YAV year.
