I’m Tracy LaMar and I am so excited to be spending a year in Scotland (2018–19) doing the greatest work one can do: Serve the Kingdom of Heaven. I’m 28 years old and still trying to discern the calling God has put on my heart. The Young Adult Volunteer (YAV) program has come at the perfect time in my life and is an answer to so many of my prayers, even the ones I never quite put into words. (God is SO good!) I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater arts and have had the pleasure of working in entertainment at The Disneyland Resort in Anaheim for the last several years. The training, experience and opportunities I’ve received from my time there is some the best, and I will carry all of it with me into this new journey.
This year is a year of new experiences, change, and transformation. I’m excited to take this leap of faith into something new and see how God guides me and uses me to His Glory.
