This is a clip from David Barnhart’s film on Mr. Yadi, a farmer who has struggled to recover from the Indonesia tsunami, part of the Tsunami Resiliency Series. This short clip tries to answer the question of how organics and seeds contribute to recovery from a natural disaster.

And here is the first film in the series. After four years, Barnhart produce his first documentary on the aftermath of the disaster, “Kepulihan: Stories from the Tsunami.” Kepulihan is an Indonesian word meaning healing and recovery.
