About Our Work

Presbyterian Mission Engagement and Support works to secure the financial resources for Presbyterian mission. Yet our task and our calling are to go much deeper than financial transactions. We exist to help Presbyterians respond to God’s call to be faithful stewards in all things. Scripture teaches us that generosity and giving are elements of discipleship, and we seek to foster discipleship, particularly as it pertains to mission support. We can introduce you to places and situations where God is moving in dramatic ways. You can participate in the alleviation of poverty and hunger, the recovery of communities from disaster, the equipping of current and future church leaders, the reconciliation of adversaries, the launch of new worshiping communities, the development of a more inclusive church, the support of mission co-workers and Young Adult Volunteers, and other ministries that expand the gospel’s witness through word and deed.
