Humanitarian aid is needed in Libya, UN responds

Valerie Amos, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator has said that over a million individuals in Libya are in need of aid. This announcement comes as some states call for a no-fly zone. To read more, please click here.
