My name is Meredith Hammerslag, current resident of the Catskills Mountains in New York. I was a YAV in Asheville during the 19-20 year and I am ecstatic to be returning to Asheville again for a second year. I have been called to service in many difference ways over time and I am looking forward to serving in a second YAV year. Mountains have always been home to me and I am excited to explore those that are both so different and so similar to my own.
