Elizabeth Corsig

Hi, my name is Liz Corsig and I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m 22 years old and graduated from Indiana University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Ballet, an Outside Field in Law and Public Policy, and a minor in Social Work. Over the past year, I have been exploring the way that faith calls us to create a more just, equitable world, particularly for those who are marginalized by the church and by society at large. I am so honored to be serving as a virtual YAV at the Office of Public Witness and I look forward to learning more about the way that faith intersects with politics and social justice. I am grateful to be part of a denomination that works to seek justice in our church, our community, and our world and I am excited to serve God and my community during this YAV year.
