American Climate Leadership Summit

If there was ever a time to make a difference on climate change, that time is now. Join hundreds of fellow climate warriors at the 9th annual American Climate Leadership Summit (ACLS 2020) on March 25-26 in Washington DC. Bigger and bolder than ever, the Summit is designed to build political will for climate solutions and a broader, more inclusive movement. Join over 500 attendees from across America as we learn, share, and collaborate.

I have been facilitating the Climate Change and Environmental Justice Task Force at Southminster Presbyterian Church. I also report on things environmental on my web site that includes interviewing individuals about a variety of issues, international, local, environmental, etc.

I’m sorry. I can’t seem to find the word “moderation” anywhere either. Sorry. I’m cannot explain how I saw that word used now. However, I just found a ACLS 2020 report that shows the meeting has been changed to August 26 and 27. I also see that there is a sliding scale fee for on-line participation. Is each individual replying to this site also expected to sign in on the ACLS 2020 website and pay individually?

I am now signed up to attend the ACLS 2020 on-line event. I understand that I have access to the recorded presentations for about a week after the conference. Is it possible that I can play selected re-plays of certain presentations to members of my Climate Change and Environmental Justice Task Force or Willamette View Green Team members using share screen over Zoom? I can’t afford to bring more people to the meeting, however, if I can access some of the recorded presentations and share them I can share some important issues with a number of people.

Hi Wayne! In the past recordings of the ACLS presentations have been available after the presentations. We hope that will be the same this year!
