1001 NWC offers short-term online and in-person trainings for leaders in the initial stages of starting a new worshiping communities to help you start off strong.
These programs include the perspectives of experienced NWC leaders and are led by our own staff member, the Rev. Jeya So. Topics discussed include: telling your story, context-based fundraising, setting benchmark and measuring mission, and normalizing failure/risk-taking.
Successful completion of the accelerator satisfies the accelerator/apprenticeship requirements of the 1001 Grant Funding. When practical, we encourage leaders to take advantage of this resourcing early on in the NWC leadership journey.
