I graduated in May 2014 with a degree in Religion and Physics from St. Olaf College. A study abroad program in Greece and Turkey, focusing on Paul’s writings and ministry, was a highlight of my college experience. Also notable was my senior research project on apocalypticism and Christian-Muslim dialogue. Outside of class I was involved in Amnesty International, tutoring Latino youth, intramural sports, and youth ministry at a local Presbyterian church. I have spent my summers serving as a counselor and Family Ministries Director at Clearwater Forest, a Presbyterian camp and retreat center near Brainerd, MN.My most recent travel experience was the PCUSA Mosaic of Peace Conference in Israel and Palestine. At this particular moment, my favorite things include Indiana Jones, the Chicago Cubs, Bible Trivia, cornbread, singing, Paul’s letter to the Philippians, camp, choco-tacos, and all of the people that have been immeasurably supportive of my education and ministry. The rest of the Massey family lives in Iowa City, Iowa, although we have also lived in Virginia, Des Moines, and Orlando.

  • Wow, what an impressive resume!! We at Westminster are so very proud of you Will and can only imagine how proud your parents are as. We miss your Father and love him dearly. Perhaps one day you too may preach from the pulpit in Des Moines. God bless you and continue to guide you. Barb Brindley by Barb Brindley on 07/06/2014 at 8:31 a.m.
