The Associate Dean will hold faculty status. The new Associate Dean should possess administrative experience, be attentive to the current and future realities of the church, and provide leadership for innovation in the Doctor of Ministry Programs and in continuing education. Responsibilities will include administration and teaching. An earned doctorate (Ph.D., D.Min., or Ed.D.), demonstrated effectiveness in ministry, and a collegial leadership style are required.
