You will need to submit one registration for each participant, either online beginning December 1, 2011 (payment by credit card only) or by mailing the registration form from the registration booklet beginning January 15, 2012 (payment by check only).
Full participant registration
Full adult participant registration includes five meals (lunch on Thursday and Friday, and dinners on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday), programs, exhibits, workshops and forums, a tote bag and a program book. Early-bird registration (through May 15, 2012) is $440. After May 15, registration is $480. Hotel, travel and other meals are additional. Breakfast is on your own.
Weekend registration covers Saturday all day and Sunday morning. The weekend rate includes one dinner (Saturday), a workshop on Saturday, exhibits and programs on both days (including installation and Communion services) and the Gathering tote bag and program book. Weekend registration is $155.
One-day registration includes that day’s offered meal(s) (see the full registration option for which meals are covered each day), workshop/forum, programs and exhibits, a tote bag, program book and unlimited shopping! One-day registration is $95 and cannot be used for more than one day.
Spouses, dependent children or teens who are accompanying fully registered participants can sample the Gathering through plenaries and meals. Plenary/five–meal registration is $250 per person, and includes the five offered meals (see above) and all plenary sessions; a tote bag and program book.
