You will need to submit one registration for each participant, either online or by mailing the registration form from the registration booklet. Payment (by check or credit card) must accompany registration.
On March 1, the application deadline passed for leadership development grants for Churchwide Gathering attendance. Talk with your PW in the Synod, Presbytery or Congregation about other funding possibilities.
Full registration includes three meals (lunch on Saturday, and dinners on Thursday and Friday), programs, exhibits, shopping, educational opportunities (workshops and forums) and a program book. Full registration is $395. (If you register online or postmark your registration by March 20, you'll receive a special edition Gathering pin, will have priority to purchase a limited-edition tote bag and can vote for the official Gathering theme hymn!) Hotel, travel and other meals are additional.
One-day registration includes that day’s offered meal (see the full registration option for which meals are covered each day), programs, exhibits, shopping, educational opportunities (workshops and forums) and a program book. And once you register, don't forget to reserve your hotel room at the Hyatt (where only king-sized beds are still available) or reserve a room a few blocks away at the Hilton (which offers rooms with two double beds ).
