Situation reports

Crisis in Jonglei State, South Sudan. Thousands have been killed and displaced due to ethnic conflict between the Lou Nuer and Murle tribes. PDA response will help provide relief materials for affected people.

Referendum vote over, now the hard work begins. Voting week was peaceful; Abyei is one area of concern.
