Presbyterian Disaster Assistance can accept donations in the form of stock. When the market is doing well, this is an excellent way to take your gains, get the deduction, and invest those financial gains in disaster response ministry.

Disaster Response Endowment Fund
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance has established the Disaster Response Endowment Fund (#51058965) to ensure a continued witness of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and its partners worldwide to the healing love of Christ as it provides human, financial, and material resources to disaster survivors. Gifts to the Disaster Response Endowment Fund can be sent directly to the Presbyterian Foundation:
