Saint Croix Community Health Center, Darbonne, Haiti
The Community Health Center at Darbonne provided much-needed health services and trained community health volunteers and midwives, prior to the January, 2010 earthquake that devastated the area around Leogane. The Medical Benevolence Foundation and International Health Ministries are now exploring how the community health facilities can be restored, working in collaboration with the Episcopal Diocese of Haiti.
