Application for Joining Hands networks

Joining Hands proposes a holistic global hunger ministry that seeks to build bridges of solidarity between PC (USA) congregations and their respective presbyteries with overseas country networks (formed by churches, non-governmental organizations and grassroots groups) involved in coordinated hunger ministry in specific communities. The relationship thus established is one of mutual accompaniment and mutual transformation in the journey towards restoring the wholeness of God's creation by contributing to the building of a more just world. Learn more about Joining Hands.

This site is intended for current Joining Hands overseas country networks only. Do not start an application if you are not a representative of a Joining Hands network.

The Joining Hands grant application should now be filled out online. The application has not changed. Some items have been reordered, but the content remains the same. You may want to reference a copy of the application (which you should have on file) while entering responses online or even copy and paste from a Word document into the online form. Once you begin the online application, your progress will be saved automatically and you may return to edit or add information at any time until you are ready to submit. Once you submit your application, you will not be able to make any changes to it.

Begin the online application.

Resume a saved online application.

If you need help with the online application, or if you are unable to use it, please contact Eileen Schuhmann at (502) 569-5828 or send an email.
