Jon Moore is a mission engagement adviser who raises financial support from across the country for 1001 New Worshiping Communities movement.
“I’m called to personally invite people to become financially involved in God’s work to save and change lives,” Jon says.
Jon joined the Presbyterian Mission Agency staff in 2014. Previously, he served in donor ministries with Fuller Theological Seminary, ChinaSource, and Church Resource Ministries. He also spent 15 years serving in marketing and management positions in business and politics.
Jon holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Linfield College.
A PC(USA) teaching elder, Jon is a member of Los Ranchos Presbytery. He and his wife, Mia, a widely celebrated mixed media artist, live in Laguna Beach, California. They attend Laguna Presbyterian Church, where Jon serves as a parish associate.
