United Mission To Nepal, Training & Scholarship Program
As UMN hands over its health facilities and programs to Nepali Christian leadership, there is a strong emphasis on preparing the selection of experienced and capable leaders in many areas of health care. Some of this training can be done "on the job", in Nepali training institutions (which have become very expensive), in other south Asian countries and occasionally in the US. Funds are needed for scholarships and for the administration of this program by capable Nepali Christians.
