Shelter Of Care Association
Shelter of Care is an outreach ministry in Romania, which provides support, guidance and hope to young teenage girls who have lived most of their lives institutionalized in orphanages. Shelter of Care hopes to expand in order to touch the lives of children who currently have little hope or help for their future, to provide shelter, security, protection and the assurance that they are not alone and that people care about their welfare.
