Hawkins/Buchanan Fund For Racial Justice
Presbyterians have a historic commitment to racial justice and reconciliation. This endowment fund is an opportunity to contribute to the church's prophetic witness through support for new initiatives to promote dialogue and to develop leadership among scholars, seminarians, pastors and community leaders committed to dismantling racism. Through the Hawkins-Buchanan Fund, the church seeks to fund the vision--to create places where our being bears witness that there is a different way to understand reality...a different way to structure our institutions...a different way to live.
